GTA 6 in Production, According to Actor’s Resume

Grand Theft Auto 6 could be in production, at least if actor Tim Neff’s resume is anything to go by.

Neff’s resume surfaced on a NeoGAF forum, and appeared to show that his latest work was motion capturing for Grand Theft Auto 6, alongside a similar job for Red Dead Redemption 2.

It all sounds like fanfare to begin with, but the actor’s Instagram account suggests otherwise: in October 2016 and February 2017 he checked in to the Rockstar San Diego studios.

What’s more, motion capture tends to take place towards the latter stages of video game development, suggesting that Grand Theft Auto 6 could release sooner than we thought.

However, with Red Dead Redemption 2 releasing in April next year, it’s unlikely that Rockstar will release its biggest franchise within the next year and a half, meaning a 2019 release is more likely.

What this may confirm, though, is that Grand Theft Auto 6 is real – like we didn’t know already.
